The Capacity Manager should identify tasks and actions necessary for a smooth transition of the Technology Capacity
Management process to the Client or other Service Provider. The Technology Capacity Management Handover Report must be
produced, which will include details of the handover like topic of handover, schedules, responsibility, deviations if any,
etc. The key resources to be involved in handover activity, along with roles and responsibility will be defined in report.
Technology Capacity Management handover activities must be conducted as planned. Any deviation needs to be identified and
corrective actions need to be identified and executed to address the same. Capgemini must archive the documents, reports
and data pertaining to Technology Capacity Management process as per standard archival process. Engagement Manager must
take client sign-off on the Technology Capacity Management handover activities for the formal closure of Technology
Capacity Management process.
